| | If I become deleted, what happens to my data? Is it gone forever? |
| | | Once you are deleted from TangoWire, we retain most of your profile's information for security and tracking purposes. This helps us prevent fraud.
Messages you have already sent other members will remain in their inbox, yet they will not be able to view your profile any longer or reply to your e-mail via our site.
Your photos and other settings are retained so that – assuming you left the site in good standing -- you may restore your membership and profile at any time later. However, other members are not able to view any portion of your profile or contact you. |

| | Can I simply become "invisible" and not be deleted all together? |
| | | No. You cannot become "suspended", "inactive", or "invisible." However, if you wish to delete your membership, you can restore it at a later time by simply logging on.
If you have recently met or started dating someone and are not yet sure if you are compatible, we suggest simply editing your profile to state you are now only seeking pen-pals and friends. |

| | If I choose to be deleted, am I deleted from the entire network? |
| | | Yes. Because TangoWire members are able to travel freely and log into any site powered by TangoWire (with the same membership), a central database is used to house your records. Deleting your membership will prevent you from logging into any TangoWire site in the future. |

| | How do I delete my membership? |
| | | There is never any obligation to remain a member. If you wish to be deleted as a member, please log on to the site and select the My Account tab. At the top of the Profile page next to your Member ID you will find a link titled "Delete Membership." |

| | Where do I go to change my profile? |
| | | To change your profile, log onto the site with your member handle and password. Next, click the My Account tab. Here you will see your profile and can change almost any part by clicking on the adjacent "edit" link. For the "Facts and Favorites" section, simply click on the category you want to edit. |

| | Does it cost me anything to remain a basic member? |
| | | No.
It costs you nothing to remain a basic member and there is never any pressure to upgrade to a Premium membership. You will remain a basic member until you remove your profile from our network. |

| | What does it mean by "Member may not have joined through this interest group?" |
| | | TangoWire is a vast network of many online communities. Joining one site in the network automatically makes you a member of, and searchable via, any other site in the network.
Don't fear however, this network is NOT controlled by third parties or any organization outside of TangoWire. The sites in our network are simply customized for various special interest groups - in order for you to feel at home and protected within your peer group. |
